Our graduate program has been developed to provide students and university graduates with the opportunity to gain a unique industry experience, whilst developing essential, practical and interpersonal skills. The core of our business operations is located out in the field, so that’s where you will learn the most about the industry and how it all works.

Civil construction is a dynamic industry, so our graduate program has been designed to be flexible enough to keep pace with project needs. The 3 phases you will undertake are fluid and designed to quickly respond to the needs of the project all whilst ensuring that you are provided with experience across the total civil construction process with opportunities in residential, medium density, surveying and digital engineering, utilities and major infrastructure projects.

Who should apply?

Are university degree qualified or are currently studying any of the following disciplines: civil engineering, construction management, project management, occupational health & safety, spatial science (surveying) or geotechnical engineering, environmental & sustainability, finance and commercial or a related degree
Work well in teams

When to apply

We operate a busy business with multiple worksites and opportunities to be part of the team.
Therefore, we recruit all year round for our Graduate and Undergraduate positions.
