Set within the hills of Monarch Glen, southwest of Brisbane, Kindira is a major masterplanned community being delivered by Winslow Queensland for Mirvac. The project features over 1 million m³ of earthworks across two precincts, complex drill and blast operations, and 1.8km of trunk sewer infrastructure reaching depths of 9 metres. Kindira showcases Winslow’s expertise in large-scale earthworks and complex civil delivery.

Key Achievements

  • Successful Delivery of Large-Scale Earthworks and Underground Infrastructure 
  • Delivered approximately 1,000,000m³ of bulk earthworks, including the use of scrapers, dozers, drill and blast, crushing and screening operations, together with 1.8km of trunk sewer infrastructure and 25 manholes up to 8m deep 
  • Coordination of Multiple High-Risk Work Fronts 
  • Successfully managed concurrent earthworks, blasting, trenching, sewer installation, crushing and screening operations while maintaining programme requirements and safe site operations.
