Winslow was engaged directly by City of Moreton Bay as Principal Contractor to deliver Cell 4 and the High Efficiency Sediment (HES) Basin at the Caboolture Waste Management Facility, providing essential landfill capacity and upgraded stormwater treatment infrastructure. Works included bulk excavation, leachate collection and groundwater relief systems, engineered GCL, HDPE and geotextile liner systems, and construction of the HES Basin with associated spillways, dosing and decanting systems. Additional works included telemetry, electrical instrumentation, hydraulic and leachate controls, and permanent access roads. Completed in January 2026, the project was delivered two months ahead of program despite severe weather impacts, demonstrating effective project management, strong stakeholder collaboration and a commitment to high-quality environmental infrastructure.
