Delivery of 20 km of internal roads with subgrade treatment and installation of stormwater, electrical, and water utilities. Construction of laydown, substation, and switchyard platforms to Transgrid and Project specifications. Clearing, grubbing, and fence removal; demolition and decommissioning of existing structures, borewells, and windmill. Earthworks on dams and tracker areas under Level 1 supervision per AS3798 and Project Specification.

  • Mitigated major delays by identifying poor site conditions, material issues, and design constraints early, and advising the client on suitable treatment methods to meet program targets.
  • Planned and sequenced works to support concurrent subcontractor operations, minimising disruption and maintaining overall project efficiency.
