During September and October, Winslow's 2026 Stronger Together Roadshow brought senior leaders and employees together across our offices and operational sites.
Held as part of Winslow’s 40th anniversary celebrations, the roadshow provided an opportunity for open, face-to-face conversations about the business, our achievements and our future direction.
The roadshow reinforced our My Family My Safety mantra and launched our refreshed Big 5 Safety Rules, helping teams identify and manage the critical risks encountered across our projects.
The initiative demonstrates that investing in our people is just as important as investing in our projects.
Safety never stops at Winslow.
