Winslow’s Medium Density & Retirement Living Business Unit specialises in complex projects (especially where the environment is challenging), logistics, planning and stakeholder management.
Our team has embarked on its first project with Levande, a key operator in the retirement living space, at Highton in Geelong.
The village will include 125 villa units and club house that will involve our business to navigate a unique scope of works including 96,000 cubic metres of earthworks, 2.2km of retaining and 7km of drainage, sewer, and water services and two intersections.
Winslow took part in the recent sod-turning event at the Highton location, attended by key stakeholders, Levande CEO Kevin McCoy and Federal Member for Corangamite Libby Coker.
The project is expected to be completed within 12 months.
