Winslow Queensland continues to strengthen its presence across Southeast Queensland, expanding its project portfolio and maintaining strong delivery momentum across the region.
A key project contributing to this growth is Eucalee, a major masterplanned residential community at Gleneagle in Queensland’s Scenic Rim. Since being engaged by Villawood Properties in February 2023, Winslow Queensland has delivered a significant and complex program of civil infrastructure works to support the development.
Situated across an 83-hectare site on the Mount Lindesay Highway, Eucalee will ultimately comprise more than 600 homesites, offering residents a connected country lifestyle with convenient access to Beaudesert, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
As head contractor, Winslow Queensland initially undertook vegetation clearing and bulk earthworks before progressing through staged civil construction. The comprehensive scope includes stormwater drainage, sewer and water infrastructure, underground services, road pavements, retaining walls and major external infrastructure upgrades.
Key elements of the project include the construction of a trunk sewer rising main through sensitive bushland and a mapped waterway corridor, a new sewer pump station, upgrades to Arbour Drive and the Tullamore Way intersection under live traffic conditions, and a new signalised intersection connecting Precinct A to the Mount Lindesay Highway.
To date, the team has completed more than 338,200 cubic metres of cut-to-fill earthworks, 24,000 square metres of lime-stabilised road pavement and 4,700 metres of sewerage and rising mains.
