Katalia is located in Donnybrook, Victoria consisting of about 1500 housing lots on completion. Winslow successfully completed 377 of these lots within the first two years of construction. The estate includes a number of local parks, a sports reserve and a future school site. Construction has included a large main drain, intersection and wetland to date.
