The Advisory Board has a diverse range of skills that support the group and provide support and guidance to management through regular interaction and involvement.

An industry entrepreneur and founder, Dino has led Winslow since its inception in 1985.

Dino has developed a reputation for honesty and integrity in his personal and business relationships, and through his leadership has instilled his vision and values across the organisation. Under his leadership Winslow has grown substantially and has become a major contributor to the community.


Michael Givoni

Chairman, Advisory Board

Michael Givoni is Chairman of the Winslow Advisory Board. A qualified Lawyer, Michael has had a long and successful corporate career having held a range of senior executive roles at Spotless Group from 2002 to 2012 including Group General Manager of Development from July 2008. Michael was previously a practicing solicitor and partner in a prominent corporate legal practice. He is also Chairman of the publicly listed BSA Pty Ltd and also serves on the board of a number of other private companies.

Noe Vicca

Noe’ Vicca


Noe is a Non-Executive of Member the Winslow Advisory Board and has been in professional accounting practice for over 30 years through his own firm Vicca Chartered Accountants in Brisbane. Noe is a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute of Australia. Noe has extensive tax knowledge and provides comprehensive research and professional advice to the land, property development and construction.

Steve Bredhauer 3

The Hon. Steve Bredhauer


Steve is a non executive Member of the Winslow Advisory Board.

Steve is also Chairman of Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) whose charter is to promote export of Queensland goods and services, and to attract investment. In various capacities for TIQ, Steve has led fifteen trade missions to mainly Asian markets including China, Indonesia, Vietnam and Mongolia.

For thirteen years, Steve’s business has advised on major infrastructure, civil and development projects. Steve is a former Queensland MP, and Minister for Transport and Main Roads.
