Damien Quinn
Damien comes from a solid construction background with over 27 years’ experience in the civil construction industry. He has worked his way up from pipe layer to become Construction Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager for various companies. He has extensive experience overseeing the management of: residential and industrial subdivision works; infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and marine works for state government authorities; and excavation and site retention for multi-storey buildings within CBD areas. As the General Manager for CCA Winslow his experience, expertise and knowledge have become great assets to the company.
Damien oversees the overall operation of CCA Winslow with a keen focus on finding new and innovative ways to enhance day to day operations and project management. This ensures that safety, quality, environmental outcomes, and efficient, production driven delivery processes are all second to none, which in turn serves to ensure that client’s expectations are exceeded. He also drives a solid training program to make sure the workforce is skilled to the levels that enable CCA Winslow to continue to be a market leader in civil construction. Damien is regularly involved in partnering with clients and consultants in the early feasibility and constructability reviews of planned projects in order to assist in achieving the best and lowest cost project outcomes. Integrity, innovation and performance are the backbones of Damien’s approach towards everything he sets out to achieve.

Dean is a Civil Engineer with over 17 years of experience, having worked on numerous projects in diverse locations, encompassing a range of road works, earthworks, stabilisation, bridges, water main and service relocations. Dean specialises in establishing new business units within organisations, to promote growth and profitability.

Peter Reberger
Peter’s experience extends over 25 years in construction within Queensland & New South Wales. He has worked for CCA Winslow for 18 years in varying roles from Project Engineer to Area Manager. Since 2013, Peter managed the construction of the Yarrabilba Development, a project which has included subdivisions, bioretention basins, flood bunds & infrastructure work.

Jeff Byrne
Jeff has worked in the construction industry since 1980. Having progressed from working in the field as a machine operator to establishing himself as the Senior Supervisor for CCA Winslow. Jeff has experience on a diverse range of sites in various areas of civil construction. Jeff has a thorough understanding of council specifications, most notably in South East Queensland.

Glen has 28 years of experience in South East Queensland, including a 22-year association with CCA Winslow. Glen is a key contributor to CCA Winslows growth and success, with extensive experience in a broad range of residential and infrastructure projects as well as project management, financial, and human resource management operations.
